As a Human Resources Admin Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic and talented HR team supporting a growing global business. We live our values in every aspect of our work and believe that the work we do impacts the lives of those we support. We are a ‘roll your sleeves up’ and tackle anything that comes our way type of team; no task is too big or too small. Every day presents us with an opportunity to learn something new. In this role, you will be exposed to a wide variety of HR disciplines. The work tasks vary in nature, and you will have the opportunity to support a number of ongoing HR initiatives. 


Your work will be focused in the support of the following areas:

- Onboarding

- Offboarding 

- Performance Management 

- HR communications and records management 

- Data auditing and reporting

- Special HR projects 


Our ideal candidate:

- Has 1+ years admin support experience, preferably HR focused 

- Has a degree in business or a related field

- Exhibits a high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information 

- Possesses good time management skills and can juggle multiple tasks at one time

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

- Is flexible, adaptable, and able to quickly pivot tasks and priorities depending on changing business needs  

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Customer service focused and delivers work with a high level of accuracy
