Ideal Candidate

This role will see you working with multiple agile teams; you will be the glue that holds all workstreams together.  ?As part of the Delivery team, your role is varied and covers the following three broad areas:

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and programs of work in an Agile or hybrid model
  • Manage projects that include discovery, strategy, user experience, creative design, frontend/backend development, QA, deployments, and maintenance
  • Complete SoWs and CRS
  • Assist in developing accounts and supporting the new business with budget and revenue requirements
  • Create strong partnerships with clients, and build trust through transparency and collaboration
  • Manage key stakeholder expectations and client dynamics
  • Prepare project/program timelines, sprint cadence, and project governance documentation
  • Schedule and host Agile ceremonies
  • Coach and mentor teams in Agile best practice
  • Prepare capacity and velocity metrics for teams
  • Administrate task management in Jira or similar project management software
  • Forecast and communicate resourcing needs
  • Report on project/program burn and forecast costs
  • Strong risk management and project-impact planning
  • Manage an active decision log throughout the project/program lifecycle
  • Manage scope by flagging, coordinating, and responding to requests for changes
  • Review and analyze team time entries every week. Take any action required (question unexpected time entry, identify burn-out or bench time, and communicate/adjust accordingly)
  • Lead regular client status calls and reports
  • Present regular internal project health reporting to leadership

Experience Essentials:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Sitecore or similar enterprise-level platforms
  • Experience running enterprise-level digital transformation projects
  • Salesforce or similar marketing tools and systems, CRM, composable architecture
  • Proven experience with managing digital projects using an Agile methodology, with qualifications in Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Certifications in Agile, e.g., Scrum, PMI-ACP, Agile Coaching, SAFe
  • Project planning tools, ideally Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Azure DevOps, or high-functioning governance in similar tools
  • Proven experience in tackling complex situations and handling blockers with a pragmatic and empathic approach, both internally and client-facing
  • Comfortable with handling multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with financial management utilizing software
  • Experience in writing Scope of Work and Change Request documents
  • Project Manager - Min 5 years proven experience in Agile project management, either consultancy, agency, or client-side?
  • Delivery Lead - Min 7 years proven experience in Agile project management, either consultancy, agency, or client-side?

Good to have:

  • Google Analytics, GTM, and other forms of data-driven tools, how to use and analyze them
  • Optimization programs of work and associated practices and tools, e.g., A/B testing
  • Technical Project Management skills, awareness of solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and technical digital strategy
  • Business Analysis, writing functional specification documents
  • Understanding and implementation of digital strategy
  • Digital agency or tech consultancy background
  • Arabic speaking
