The Senior Marketing Manager will spearhead our marketing efforts across the Middle East, developing and executing strategies that elevate our brand and drive substantial business growth. This role demands a seasoned professional adept at managing multifaceted marketing campaigns, orchestrating high-impact events, leveraging digital platforms, and leading a dynamic team. You'll collaborate closely with our Regional Marketing Director to deliver our strategies successfully as well as with our global marketing teams. Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Marketing Planning:

  •        Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth in the Middle East.
  •        Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  •        Craft detailed marketing plans incorporating both traditional and digital channels.

Digital Marketing:

  •        Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC campaigns.
  •        Utilize analytics to assess campaign performance and optimize for superior ROI.
  •        Manage the company's online presence, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Event Management:

  •        Plan, execute, and manage a range of marketing events, from large-scale conferences and trade shows to intimate customer gatherings.
  •        Oversee event logistics, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, and promotional activities.
  •        Conduct post-event analyses to measure success and identify improvement areas
  •        Work with our vendors Sitecore & Salesforce to execute joint events and campaigns

Team Leadership:

  •        Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
  •        Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  •        Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

 

Vendor Management:

  •        Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute various marketing initiatives.
  •        Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services.
  •        Oversee the production and consistency of marketing materials.
  •        Sitecore and Salesforce are key to our success and you will need to build a solid relationship with them to be successful.

Collaboration with Sales:

  •        Partner closely with the sales team to develop strategies that support sales objectives and enhance customer acquisition.
  •        Provide marketing materials and support to facilitate lead generation and conversion.
  •        Align marketing campaigns with sales goals to ensure cohesive execution and maximum impact.

Reporting and Analytics:

  •        Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  •        Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
  •        Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to monitor and report on campaign performance.

Content Creation and Management:

  •        Develop and oversee content strategies that engage and resonate with target audiences.
  •        Manage the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and more.
  •        Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and supports marketing objectives.

 Qualifications:

  •        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •        Minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the Middle East region.
  •        Extensive experience in digital marketing, event management, content creation, and team leadership.
  •        Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  •        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •        Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  •        Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, digital analytics platforms, and project management software.
  •        Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
