Horizontal Digital Wins Sitecore’s first-ever Agentic AI Partner Challenge

[Minneapolis, MN], November 11, 2025 – Horizontal Digital was named the winner in Sitecore’s inaugural Agentic AI Partner Challenge, announced at Sitecore Symposium.  

Horizontal, in partnership with Pet Supplies Plus created the Sense Agent in Sitecore Studio, the innovation layer of SitecoreAI. The Sense Agent analyzes customer reviews across multiple sources, mapping sentiment, and brand voice against company guidelines to help brands monitor perception and maintain consistency.
