With over 16 years of global Salesforce experience, Naresh brings a rare blend of technical depth and strategic vision to the role. Having previously been based in Germany, he brings a career defined by delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce-led transformation programs at some of the world’s largest consulting firms, across industries including manufacturing, automation, and financial services.

Naresh holds 27 Salesforce certifications, with his Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) title at the core, which is the highest and most prestigious individual certification within the Salesforce ecosystem. Approximately 500 professionals worldwide have earned this distinction, with only a handful based in the Middle East.  

Beyond his certifications, Naresh brings a deep command of enterprise architecture and a proven track record in driving complex digital transformation initiatives. As Salesforce Practice Lead, he will play a critical role in aligning delivery teams with client priorities, ensuring technology strategies directly support business growth, efficiency, and innovation. He has helped organizations build scalable, future-ready IT systems by working closely with C-level stakeholders to bridge technical execution with strategic goals. His contributions to the Salesforce community were also recognized with the Salesforce Innovation Award for Service Cloud at Dreamforce.
